Chennai-based Trusted Aerospace & Engineering (TASE Global) will receive an investment of ₹300 crore from ValueQuest’s Tristar Fund, marking the fund’s fourth portfolio investment following its first close.

In a statement, Shankar Raman Vaidyanathan, Founder, Chairman and CEO of TASE Global, said the investment would support the company’s next phase of growth, including capacity expansion, integration of its U.S. operations and pursuit of larger OEM programmes.

He said the company aimed to become a trusted partner for complex, high-value manufacturing across aerospace, medical technology and semiconductors.

Aniket Dharamshi, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ValueQuest, said TASE Global’s manufacturing capabilities and relationships with global customers created meaningful barriers to entry.

He added that evolving global supply chains presented an opportunity for Indian precision engineering companies to move beyond component supply and become integrated manufacturing partners.

The investment follows Tristar Fund’s recent fundraise of over ₹2,100 crore in commitments within 15 months of its first close.

Spark Capital acted as the exclusive financial adviser to TASE Global on the transaction, the release said.

TASE Global operates an integrated precision manufacturing platform across India and the United States, supplying global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier-1 suppliers in the aerospace, defence, medical and industrial sectors.

Its capabilities include high-precision machining, complex component manufacturing, sheet-metal fabrication and precision assemblies.

The company said it has established relationships with global customers, including Roche, PerkinElmer, Honeywell, Collins Aerospace, GE and BAE Systems.
